Conference Registration

The full conference registration fee covers all activities, including plenaries, presentations, poster sessions, working groups, and excursions. In addition, the full conference registration fee includes a light breakfast and lunch each day and dinner. The conference program will be available in March 2026.

To encourage returning participants to bring a first-time colleague, we are offering a limited number of reduced-rate admissions for colleagues who attend together with a returning full-conference participant. To access this benefit, the returning attendee must register first and indicate, in the registration form below, that they wish to invite a colleague from their institution or association. Then the Conference team (isdde2026@gmail.com) will send a promo code to share with the colleague which will ensure a discount registration fee.

Registration Fees

Scholarships for Latin American and the Caribbean

A limited number of economic support grants are available, subject to application and review by the Local Committee, for participants from Latin America and the Caribbean. To apply, candidates must submit a motivation letter, an institutional support letter, their CV, and a copy of their identification document.

Applications will be accepted until March 15, 2026.

The scholarship fully covers the conference registration fee and provides an additional per-diem cash allowance of 450 USD.

Submitting a proposal is not required; however, applicants who submit one will be prioritized in the selection process.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our attendees as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellations Up to 30 Days Before the Conference

Cancellations received up to 30 days before the conference start date will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee, minus a 10% administration fee. This deduction covers processing and administrative costs.

2. Cancellations Within 30 Days of the Conference

Cancellations received within 30 days of the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund. [However, registration may be transferred to another individual, subject to approval by the conference organisers.] Note, transfer is at the discretion of the organiser.

3. No-shows

No refunds will be provided for registrants who do not attend the conference without prior notice.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your registration, please contact our conference team (isdde2026@gmail.com), please note your cancellation must be in writing. Please include your registration details and reason for cancellation in your request.
